Cicoil's Highly Flexible Silicone Cables are designed for extreme temperatures (-65 °C to +260 °C), punishing weather and harsh operating conditions. Suitable in downhole oil drilling and flare ignition systems, these halogen-free cables are an alternative to stiff and bulky cables that do not provide the flexibility and reliability of Cicoil's Silicone cables.

Cicoil's exclusive crystal-clear silicone encapsulation needs no external "armor" or conduit for protection, is tear-resistant and will not deform or wear during a lifetime of more than 10 million cycles, even under tight bending radius and high speed flexing conditions. Cicoil's highly durable silicone is "self-healing" from small punctures and cable jacket damage can easily be repaired in the field.

Cicoil's unique silicone extruded cables are unaffected when exposed to flames (UL 94 V-0), elevated temperatures (+260 °C), arctic environments (-65 °C), UV rays, high voltages, ice, sea water, acid rain, corrosion, coarse sand, mud, shock, severe vibration, sunlight, mechanical stress and most chemicals. For applications that require abrasion and adhesion resistance, Cicoil offers anti-friction coating options by request.

Standard "off the shelf" " single conductor, multi-conductor and hybrid Servo cables are available from stock and custom designs incorporating shielded wires or signal pairs, Cat 5e, tubing for air or fluid transfer, and Cicoil's patented StripMount fastening strip are available with minimum lead times.
